We ship almost entirely via FedEx Ground. We may also use United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS). 

International orders are shipped primarily via USPS. Note that separate charges may apply for international orders. We will contact international customers prior to shipping to notify of any additional shipping charges and collect payment.

Shipping Times

As soon as your shipment is ready, you will be emailed a tracking number. Due to large order volumes, weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control, we will ship your order out as soon as possible. You may also view your order status online by logging in to your TFG account. If you need expedited framing and/or shipping service, please contact us. Note that fees will apply for expedited service.

Packaging

We carefully handle and hand-package your artwork ourselves. Unframed canvases and lithographs will ship in a reinforced tube. Unframed cels may be shipped in a flat box. All framed artwork is cornered, wrapped in plastic, then bubble-wrapped and securely packed in a box or crate.

Damaged Items

We inspect each piece of artwork before it is shipped and pride ourselves on delivering your art to you quickly. We guarantee it to arrive in perfect condition. If for any reason, your artwork shows up in other-than-perfect condition, contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will repair or replace framing and/or artwork (if necessary and possible) at no additional charge.

Returns

We are 99.9% sure you will absolutely love your art! But for that rare occurrence that you don't, here's what to do.

Return Policy

To initiate a return, you must contact us within 5 business days of receipt for a full refund. We will send you a return authorization code. Authorization code must be written clearly on return packaging. Customer is responsible for any and all return shipment costs. Artwork and frame must be in original condition for a full refund. A store credit will be issued for any returns requested after the 5-day grace period. After 10 business days from date of sale, all sales are final. Custom or commissioned art sales are final. Original artwork, artwork and select rare limited edition sales are final. All artwork for which customer requests custom framing is subject to the stipulations of the return policy and the cost of framing will be deducted from the total refund or merchandise credit total.

How Much Does Shipping Cost?

Customer will be responsible for all shipping costs in the U.S. or any international destinations and all VAT & customs. Customers may choose to expedite their shipping which do incur an extra charge. Please call us at  to get a quote for an express package delivery. 

How safe is the shipping process?

Very safe. We frequently hear praises from our customers on our elite packing system and it is extremely rare we incur any damages.  Each item is expertly packed and if it’s a framed painting, it is wrapped in foam, corner protectors applied and packed in a heavy-duty, size-specific box at our warehouse facilities. We ship via FedEx and we pay the insurance costs. If there are any damages, we will do everything we can to make it as easy as possible for you to get a replacement as soon as possible.

How Long Will it Take to Receive my Order?

It depends on what products are ordered. If you have a time sensitive order, please notify us and we will work extremely hard to make it happen and give you options to expedite shipping as well. We will also email you the Fed Ex tracking number when your package ships so you can track it and will know the date your order is due to arrive.  Orders for unframed art will typically ship within 5-7 business days after purchase. Framed orders take approximately 10-15 business days to ship because each piece is framed custom to order using high-quality materials. Some items may take longer, for instance if a piece is on backorder from the studio or needs hand-embellishment by the artist. If you have a special timing request or would like to time it with a holiday, our experienced shipping and fulfillment departments are always eager to make changes to make sure your order is perfect every step of the way. Here are estimated shipping times:

Although we deem our time estimates to be very reliable, they are not guaranteed and do not include the length of time FedEx needs to transport your order from our warehouse to you. Most shipments will come from either our New Jersey or California warehouses. Therefore, please allow an additional 4 to 5 business days for orders without express shipping. We do our best to get it to you even faster. If you need to make a deadline, make sure to let us know! 

Do I have to be home to sign for the package?

We always recommend you have your order ship to a location where someone is physically present (home or work). All orders require a direct signature. After the first delivery attempt, if no one is present to sign, you may authorize the delivery with a slip left on your door. You may also choose to have your order shipped to an authorized Fed Ex ship center (NOT a Drop Box) close to your home or work and they are typically open late hours and will sign on your behalf. You then simply go to the facility, show them your ID and pick it up. This is often a free service. However, you’ll want to check with the facility you choose first to inquire about any fees and you would be responsible for any fees. Do you ship worldwide?

We ship to nearly every country in the World. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout. Large orders, oversized artwork and items that require international freight may be subject to an additional charge. Recipient is responsible for any customs duties or charges, but every effort is made on our part to prevent costs from being incurred on the customer end. Contact us if you have additional questions or special requests regarding international shipments and fees.

What if I don't like it? What's your refund policy?l

If, however, you don’t love it, we don’t want you to keep it. This is why we offer 100% money back guarantee on all purchases made within 5 days of receipt. There is NO restocking fee and yes, we even pay for all shipping costs! We’re happy to extend this past the 5 days upon request.We will send you a return authorization code to write on the box and send it back. Artwork and frame must be in original condition for a full refund. Note that a store credit will be issued for any returns requested after the 5-day grace period. After 10 business days, all sales are final.  Not valid for international shipments, layaway orders, custom orders, or originals.
